We are a mobile media production team embedded in the Latin dance and arts community. Where most cameras miss the rhythm, we chase it.
From intimate dance workshops to international festival floors, RumbaReel Media captures the energy, artistry, and culture behind Latin movement. We work with dance schools, festival organizers, artists, and cultural organizations to create content that lasts.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for events, and 1 week for studio sessions. Popular weekend dates fill up quickly.
Yes — we are fully mobile. Travel within Germany is standard. International projects are possible; travel costs are added to the quote.
Typical turnaround is 5–10 business days depending on the package. Rush delivery in 2–3 days is available for an additional fee.
Yes, within licensing limits. We use royalty-free music by default. If you have a specific track in mind, we'll check if it can be cleared for your use case.
Raw footage is not included by default but can be added to any package as an optional add-on. Ask us when booking.
We deliver in MP4 (H.264), optimized for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Custom export formats are available on request.
